HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 37300 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard Sri N.S. Arjun Kumar, learned counsel holding for Sri K.Sravan Kumar, advocate on record for the petitioners, and learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.2 to 5. On last occasion, we adjourned this petition to enable learned Government Pleader to find out whether the petitioners are given possession of newly constructed houses. Today, learned Government Pleader, on instructions from his client, who is present in the Court, submits that the petitioners have already occupied newly constructed houses given to them under the scheme. It is not in dispute that the petitioners were paid compensation in 2008 itself.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy for enhancement of compensation. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the petitioners to take remedy, if any, seeking enhancement of compensation. While making this observation, we shall not be understood to have expressed any opinion on the rights of the petitioners to take remedy for enhancement of compensation. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
