HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO C.C.No.1814 of 2017

ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WP No.14999 of 2017, dated 25.04.2017. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the said order, the amount lying with the 3rd respondent should have been released by the 1st respondent in W.P.No.14999 of 2017, but the said respondent is not releasing the same as there was no order from this Court.

This Court has not directed for release of the amount in the order dated 25.4.2017. In view of the same, it cannot be held that there is violation of the said order. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps but not by way of contempt case. Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 15th September, 2017 rkk
