HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.4500 of 2015 O R D E R :

The petitioner, who is accused No.1 in Crime No.183 of 2015 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail. The allegations against the petitioner are that he beat the de facto-complainant and wounded her by causing burn injuries on her lower abdomen. The photographs of the injuries are placed before this Court. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.
