Leamed Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the Investigating Officer in Crime No.l42 of 2021 of Shamirpet Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, has already completed investigation, laid the charge sheet against the petitioner herein and others, and the same was taken on file vide C.C. No.954 of 2021 onthe file of the XXII Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal. In view of the same, leamed counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with a liberty to challenge the very charge sheet itself.

Granting liberty, as sought, the present Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
