HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.12493 of 2008 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the suspension orders passed on 31.05.2008 by the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 09.08.2016 to that effect is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
