THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.15006 of 2014 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 in Cr.No.174 of 2014 on the file of Women Police Station, Saroornagar, Cyberabad.

2 Sri K. Ravinder Reddy learned counsel representing Sri M.A.K. Mukheed, the learned counsel for the first respondent is present. At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer filed charge sheet in the said matter before the concerned Court.

3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
