HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO SECOND APPEAL NO. 140 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for appellant and perused the judgment. It is a pro-note suit and the plea of defendant was that he had no acquaintance with the plaintiff and the question of his borrowing amount under the suit pro-note does not arise. This defence was negatived successively by the trial court as well as the First Appellate Court. In the grounds of appeal nor in the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the appellant could not show any question of law, much less substantial question of law, to admit the second appeal.

In these circumstances, at the admission stage, the Second Appeal is dismissed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
