This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"To declare the Demand Notice No.30, dated 05-10-2016 of the 3rd Respondent as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Rule 5 of Levy of House Tax issued in G.O.Ms.No.282, P.R. dated 1202-1965 by issuing appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Mandamus and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent not to levy house tax in respect of premises bearing No.4-70, Macharam Village, Jadcherla Mandal, Mahabubnagar District."

When the matter is called, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein may be given permission to file revision as provided under Rule 9 of Rules as notified vide G.O.Ms.No.378, P.R., R.D., dated 28.06.1994. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Grampanchayat that if any such revision is filed, the same be considered in accordance with law. 4.
Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to avail remedy of revision as provided under Rule 9 of Rules as notified vide G.O.Ms.No.378, P.R., R.D., dated 28.06.1994. If any such revision is filed within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed within a period of two months thereafter. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
