When the contempt case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents had informed this Court that the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in WP.No.34484 of 2015 dated 15.03.2019 and rejected the case of the petitioner vide order dated 28.06.2019.

The counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the same. 3.

In view of the above, the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court.

Hence, the contempt case is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said rejection order, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
