The claimant in O.P.No.597 of 2004 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-V Additional District Judge, Nizamabad, preferred the instant appeal aggrieved by the Judgment and decree, dated 11.12.2007, passed in the said O.P. 2.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat, at request of both parties. The Lok Adalat has passed an Award, dated 08.07.2017.
