Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that even though a request is made to conduct survey, it is not conducted and on account of delay in conducting the survey, grave prejudice would be caused to the petitioners.

A reading of the representation stated to have been submitted to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kasipet Mandal, Adilabad District on 25.06.2012 would show that even before the said representation, on a request made by the petitioners on 23.06.2009 survey was conducted. It appears that the petitioners were not satisfied with the survey conducted earlier and they wanted further survey to be conducted. If the petitioners were not satisfied with the survey conducted earlier, they ought to have availed appropriate remedies for not conducting earlier survey properly and they cannot go on requesting for further survey. Furthermore, request to conduct survey was again made on 25.06.2012 and this Writ Petition is filed after a long gap of six years. Having regard to these facts, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies, if they are aggrieved by

improper survey conducted earlier. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
