This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 04-09-2012 passed in I.A.No.1518 of 2012 in O.P.No.1104 of 2010 by the Judge, Family Court-cumV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam declining to reopen and recall the evidence of PW-1. It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.P.No.1104 of 2010 itself was disposed of by the Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam on 02-03-2016. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.P. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
