HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4960 of 2017 ORDER : (Oral) Vide the present petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 13th July 2017, passed in I.A.No.787 of 2016 in O.S.No.177 of 2016 on the file of I-Additional District Judge, Guntur. 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners, without arguing on merits, submits that he may be given four weeks' time to deposit the total arrears of rent.

Finding no merit in the instant petition, the petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioners are granted last opportunity to deposit the total arrears of rent within four weeks from today. 5.

The petitioners shall continue to pay the agreed amount of Rs.4,00,000/- per month by deducting TDS. If the petitioners commit default in payment of rent in any month, the respondent is at liberty to take steps available under law. The respondent shall be at liberty to withdraw the deposited amount.
