Vide present petition, the petitioner/ A.1 seeks a direction, thereby to enlarge him on bail in Cr.No.94 of 2016 of PS Yeleswaram, East Godavari District, registered for the offence under Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, 1985.

For the same relief, the petitioner moved an application vide Crl.P.nNo.15102 of 2016 and the same was dismissed vide order dated 26.10.2016.

There are no changed circumstances. Therefore, the criminal petition is, dismissed.
