O R D E R

The petitioner, who is a Civil Assistant Surgeon, and was allotted to State of A.P., owing to bifurcation of State, is assailing the proceedings dated 06.03.2018 issued by the 1st respondent - Medical Superintendent, Area Hospital, Ramannapeta, Yadadri, Bhuvanagiri District, State of Telangna, in requiring her to vacate the doctors' quarters, on the ground that W.P.No.1521 of 2018 filed by her questioning her allotment to A.P., is pending adjudication. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services for respondents. When the services of the petitioner are allotted to State of A.P., there is no justification on the part of the petitioner in seeking to allow her to continue to stay in the Government Quarter in State of Telangana. Moreover, in the writ petition filed by her questioning her allotment to the State of A.P., this court has not granted any stay. In these circumstances, I am inclined to entertain the writ petition and interdict the impugned order.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
