Petitioner is working as Office Subordinate on temporary basis in Telangana State Tribal Welfare Residential School, Mannanoor. Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not granting him at least minimum of time scale attached to the post. Ventilating his grievance, petitioner submitted representation, dated 29.12.2016. Alleging inaction on his representation, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition. 2.

Since petitioner has submitted representation ventilating his grievance, this Court is not inclined to entertain and keep the Writ Petition pending.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Secretary, Gurukulam, Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, D.S.S. Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad, the 5th respondent, to examine the claim of the petitioner to grant minimum time scale of the post of Office Subordinate and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
