I.A.No.2 of 2026 This application is filed seeking to modify the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.10716 of 2026 on 09.04.2026 by way of additionally permitting the S.P.A of the petitioner to approach respondent No.3 to give complaint against accused No.4.

Mr. Mohd Adnan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the present application does not survive for adjudication and accordingly, seeks to dismiss this application as infructuous.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 takes no objection to the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, I.A.No.2 of 2026 is dismissed as infructuous.
