THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO W.P.NO.27495 OF 2017 ORAL ORDER (Per SKK,J) Vide the present petition, petitioner seek direction thereby directing the 4th respondent to produce Bhupati Mani s/o Bhupati Narsimhulu before the court. Respondent No.4 filed counter affidavit, whereby stated that Bhupati Mani, who is the alleged detenu was arrested by the Police of Marripadu Police Station, Atmakur Circle and Sub Division on 23.08.2017 vide Crime No.77/2017 under Sections 120(B), 447, 379, 353, 307 IPC and Section 20(i)( C )(ii)(iii)(iv) read with 20(D)(i) and 29(ii)(b)(4)(a) of A. P. Forest New Amendment Act, 2016 and Act No.15 of 2016 Rule 3 of A. P.

Sandal Wood Transit Rules, 1969 and Section 51 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1987 and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to the Public Property Act, dated 7.8.2017. The Maripadu police produced the alleged detenu, who is A-10, before the court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Udayagiri on 24.08.2017 and the said court remanded him to judicial custody and pursuant to remand order, the alleged detenu was lodged at Sub Jail Atmakur. In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit, no further direction need be issued and the writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
