HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.18334 OF 2013 ORDER:

The prayer in the writ petitions reads as follows: "....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not registering a crime on the complaint made by the petitioner dt.7-5-2013 against the respondents 4 & 5 is illegal, arbitrary, biased and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to register a crime against the respondents 4 & 5 and to pass............."

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Ghatkesar through written instructions dated 05.07.2013 states that having regard to the contents of complaint and after obtaining permission from the Court of competent jurisdiction, registered a case in Cr.No.285 of 2013. In view of the above statement, the inaction complained in the writ petition does not survive.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
