No representation for the petitioner/Accused No.2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.1 would submit that on filing the charge sheet, the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad has taken cognizance in C.C.No.355 of 2016 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
