ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents to take over the possession of the petitioner's land in question i.e., Sy.No.116/C, to an extent of Ac.3-13 gts of Lakshmipuram, Govindaraopet Mandal, Warangal District, for construction of a Tribal Residential School without following the procedure prescribed under Land Acquisition Act and without notice is illegal and void and opposed to Articles 14,19,21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to pay the compensation with interest to the petitioner herein in accordance with law and pass such other order or orders".

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted, on instructions, by the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare that the matter is pending consideration before the authorities and shortly, the compensation amount will be paid after completing the necessary formalities.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to finalize the process of payment of amount to the petitioner towards compensation for the subject property, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
