Though this writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 04-12-2018 issued by the 2nd respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner says that petitioner will file explanation to the said proceedings within two weeks and respondents may be directed to consider the explanation and pass orders.

Heard Sri Sanjeev Gillela, learned Counsel for respondents.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file explanation to the proceedings dated 04-12-2018 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such explanation, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders after affording opportunity of hearing within a period of two weeks thereafter.
