There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in this Writ Petition is as under: "........to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in taking action on the complaint dt.17-07-2014 given by the petitioner in spite of his repeated visits as being illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to take action against 3rd respondent for his dereliction of duties."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 placed on record Written Instructions dt.02-09-2014 issued by the Assistant Sub Inspector of Police, Huzurnagar police station, Nalgonda District. 4.
From the perusal of the said instructions, it is revealed that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 17-07-2014 with the S.H.O., Huzurnagar P.S., stating that his mother Sangu Jamaklamma had purchased land in Sy. No.114/EE admeasuring Ac.3.23 gts situated at Huzurnagar village from one Gunda Satyanarayana who is the husband of 4th respondent herein, who worked as Revenue Inspector in the office of Tahsildar, Huzurnagar Mandal and he tampered the records and entered his name in the revenue records. After the death of the husband of the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent sold the said land to respondent Nos.5 and 6. Thereupon, the respondent Nos.5
PKR,J W.P.No.24021 of 2014 and 6 have interfered with the said land. After receipt of the complaint and during the course of enquiry with the neighboring land owners, it was revealed that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 to 6 with regard to the said land. As the matter is civil in nature, the respondents police advised the petitioner to approach concerned Civil Court for redressal. 5.
In view of the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the Writ Petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 7.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
