At the admission stage, the following order is passed. It is seen that the matter is taken cognizance of, charge sheet is filed and case is numbered as C.C.No. 292 of 2013 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tenali.

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the charge sheet, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, at request of learned counsel for petitioner/accused, the attendance of petitioner/accused is dispensed with in C.C.No. 292 of 2013 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tenali, except on the occasions when his attendance is required by the trial Court.
