FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 343 of 2006 Date: 29.06.2016 Between:

Syed Munwar Pasha ... Appellant And The A.P. State Civil Supply Corporation Ltd., Rep., by its Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Hyderabad & others.

... Respondents

HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 343 of 2006 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) None appears for the parties.

This appeal is pending since 2006. While admitting the writ appeal on 31.03.2006, interim order was refused. While dismissing the writ petition filed by the appellant, learned Judge in the concluding paragraph made following observations: "As much as it is stated that the contract is valid only upto the end of July, 2006, and security deposit of Rs.8.00 lakhs and a bank guarantee of Rs.11.00 lakhs given by the petitioner is lying with the respondents, I direct the respondents to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate final orders within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." From bare perusal of the above observations, it is clear that the writ appeal has rendered infructuous and hence, no one is coming forward to work it out on merits. We are, therefore, constrained to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ DILIP B.BHOSALE, ACJ
