"... to post the S.A.No.725 of 2010 vide its judgment dt.19.09.2022 as "FOR BEING MENTIONED" to correct the date of the judgment dt.31.10.2008 instead of 21.10.2008 in the judgment copy wherever it occurs in the interest of justice."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants that second appeal is filed challenging the judgment dated 31.10.2008 in A.S.No.39 of 2005 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet, confirming the judgment dated 06.06.2005 in O.S.No.7 of 1998 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Suryapet.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants that in the judgment dated 19.09.2022 passed in S.A.No.725 of 2010, while mentioning the date of disposal of the judgment passed in A.S.No.39 of 2005, instead of typing the date as '31.10.2008', it was wrongly typed as '21.10.2008' at paragraph Nos.1 and 10 of the judgment.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the application is ordered and the date is rectified/corrected as '31.10.2008'

instead of '21.10.2008' wherever it occurs in the judgment in S.A.No.725 of 2010.

Registry is directed to issue an amended copy of the judgment in S.A.No.725 of 2010 dated 19.09.2022 to the parties concerned.
