HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12540 OF 2017 ORDER:

Admittedly, the petitioner has alternative remedy of revision against the impugned order under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail remedy under Section 9 of the Act, 1971, challenging the impugned order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
