THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI CONTEMPT CASE NO.756 OF 2018

O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 16.03.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.42027 of 2015. By the said order, this Court directed the respondents in the writ petition to treat the writ petitioner's appointment as a regular employment for all purposes and extend to her all consequential benefits in terms thereof. It is now stated by Sri P.Raghavender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, that consequential benefits have been extended to the petitioner, but in the event any dispute remains with regard to quantification thereof, leave may be granted to seek redressal before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

The contempt case is accordingly closed with the liberty aforestated. No order as to costs.
