THE HON'ELE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT APPEAL No,229 of 2022 WDGMENT: @er the Hon'bte the Chief Justice Sotish Chandra Sharma) The present writ appeal is arising out of an order dated 08.02.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.6522 of 2022.
\ t The order passed by the learned Single Judge reads as under:- I "When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly conceded that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated O7.O2.2O22 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6493 of 2022.
Following the order dated 07.O2.2O22 in W.P.No.6493 of 2022, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed."
The aforesaid order makes it very clear that it was arr order passed on the concession made by the learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner and he agreed for dismissal of the writ petition.
