Mr.Phani Kumar after arguing the writ petition for some time and keeping in view pendency of C.C. No.189 of 2016, does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to file a petition before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate at Malkajgiri for reliefs as are deemed fit.
