The petitioner complains against 5th Respondent in this writ petition for the alleged support the 5th Respondent is extending to Respondents 6 to 10 for trespassing and interfering with petitioner's possession and enjoyment of land in an extent of Ac.3.70 cents in Sy.No.131/ 1A and an extent of Ac.1.30 cents in Sy.No.131/ 1B of Chandaluru village, Rudravaram Mandal, Kurnool district as illegal and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed on record written instructions of 5th Respondent dated 21.10.2013, and the contents read thus:
" It is respectfully submitted that as of now, no complaint whatsoever is registered against the petitioner herein on the file of Rudravaram Police Station, Kurnool district. It is humbly submitted that the dispute of the petitioner as well as the unofficial Respondents herein is purely civil in nature and hence this Respondent police has nothing to do with it.
It is humbly submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that this Respondent is supporting the unofficial Respondents thereby trespassing and interfering with their possession and enjoyment of the subject lands in question is absolutely false, baseless and hence the same is denied.
It is humbly submitted that as a precautionary measure to prevent the police from taking any action in the event of lodging of any complaint, the petitioner rushed to this Hon'ble Court and filed the present writ petition with baseless allegations. Having bore grudge against the unofficial Respondents herein, the petitioner made baseless allegations against this Respondent.
I humbly submit that this Respondent never interfered with the civil disputes much less the dispute of the petitioner herein."

In view of the above, the statement of the 5th Respondent is accepted and placed on record, and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
