2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that the matter was compromised before the Lok Adalat held by the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, and an Award was also passed on 12.12.2015 and, therefore, the present Criminal Petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
