This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 01.8.2016 passed in I.A.No.165 of 2016 in O.S. No.92 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Chintalapudi.

As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 13.4.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
