This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct respondent No.2 to send call letter to the petitioner and to consider her for the post of Anganwadi worker to Thanak Chintal Village, Darsi Mandal, Prakasam Distrtict.

At the hearing, Smt.Pulipati Radhika, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in

this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The above-submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
