This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash all further proceedings in Crime No.122 of 2013 on the file of Police Station Gadwal Town, Mahaboobnagar District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police already filed charge sheet in the said case and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
