THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9675 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

2.

When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in identical circumstances this Court passed an Order in W.P.No.7844 of 2018, dated 19.03.2018. A copy of the said Order is placed on record. The same is not in dispute. The penultimate paragraph of the said order reads as under: "In the said circumstances, the Writ Petition is allowed, setting aside the order dated 14.02.2018 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gudur/3rd respondent. However, it is open for the respondent-authorities to pass orders afresh by following due process of law. It is needless to observe that status quo ante prior to the order impugned shall stand restored. The authorities shall complete the enquiry, as directed above, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 3.

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.
