Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri M.Ravindra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation (A.P.) appearing for respondent No.5.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Organization that without indicating the location of the premises, the petitioners herein are asking the respondents to provide the connection and it is further submitted that if the petitioners herein come forward with the correct identity of the properties, appropriate action will be taken as per law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioners herein to make appropriate applications to the respondents indicating the correct identification of the properties so as to enable the respondents to take appropriate action as per law. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
