THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.9760 OF 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief: "...to issue a writ order or direction more one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 5th Respondent in not registering a criminal case against the accused upon the complaint of the petitioner dt. 29.05.2017 and also sent by Speed Post on dt. 06.06.2017 for alleged crime of preparation of fraudulent registered documents to grab the petitioner's land to an extent of Ac. 1-60 cents in Sy No. 109/5 and 109/6 situated in Siripuram Village of Yeleswaram Mandal, East Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of Natural Justice and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and Consequently direct the 5th respondent register the Criminal Case against the Accused Matte Appalaraju upon the complaint of petitioner dt. 29.05.2017 and also sent through speed post on 06.06.2017 forthwith and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.
I have heard the submissions of Sri P. Lalitha Kamesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 6. I have perused the material record.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), on written instructions, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that, on 25.03.2018, the petitioner came to the police station and gave a written report against the accused, by name Matte Appalaraju, and that pursuant to the said report, the 5th respondent, the Station House Officer, Prattipadu Police Station,
East Godavari District, registered a case in Crime No.59 of 2018 against the said accused on 25.03.2018 at 18:00 hours and that investigation is taken up.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is closed, as no cause survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
