1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in Cr.No.50 of 2015 on the file of Venkatapuram Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 - A of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and move an application for his regular bail. In such an event, it is for the trial Court to pass orders on the bail application in accordance with law on the same day.
