No representation for the sole petitioner, who is arraigned as A-7 in Crime No.161 of 2014 of P.S.Shahalibanda, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Section 302 read with 34 of IPC and Section 25 (1-B) (b) of Arms Act.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was laid and even the case was made over to I Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, by assigning S.C.No.400 of 2016 and, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
