It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 26.12.2017, passed by this Court in WP.No.42145 of 2017, and the same is not disputed by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dt.26.12.2017, passed in WP.No.42145 of 2017. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
