HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9669 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner filed appeal dated 10.11.2017, before the 2nd respondent against imposition of punishment by the 1st respondent stopping three annual grade increments with cumulative effect vide Memo No.3157/B3/2016-5, dated 24.10.2017. As the same is not being disposed of present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
