Subhash Reddy) When the matter was posted on 29.01.2015, it was noticed that in the cause title, address of the respondent is shown as Musheerabad 'X' Roads, Hyderabad, without giving any particulars of Door number and Street number. No proof of service of the respondent is filed. However, since there was no representation for the appellant on that day, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, despite listing the matter under the caption "for dismissal", neither the counsel for the appellant is present nor there is any representation on his behalf and it indicates that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
