THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.37393 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the notice dated 17.10.2016 bearing Rc.No.1317/2016-C, issued by the second respondent proposing to convene meeting of the Managing Committee of the first respondent-Co-operative Society on 04.11.2016 for the purpose of considering no-confidence motion against the President of Managing Committee, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. The same is recorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
