ORAL ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to petitioner to submit a detailed representation ventilating his grievances on the allegation of wrong inclusion of private land as Government land. Writ petition is disposed of granting liberty as prayed for. It is needless to observe that as and when such representation is made, same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
