HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1032 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.908 of 2013 of Alwal Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120-B, 197, 419, 181, 468, 471, 406 I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the investigating agency already filed referred report stating that the dispute is of civil in nature and the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
