This appeal is filed by the claimant against the order and decree dated 12.10.2009 passed in MOP No.844 of 2008 by the II Additional District Judge-cum-Chairman Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Visakhapatnam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the counsel on both sides that the matter is settled out of Court.
