It is brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the subject land which is the matter of the present Writ Petition was acquired under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short 'the Act') and on the claims and counter-claims of respective parties, the Land Acquisition Officer referred the matter under Section 30 of the Act for adjudication by the competent civil Court. Since the claims are pending before the civil Court, it is for the parties to work out the remedies in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
