Heard learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, and the learned counsel for the petitioner-Company.

Taking into consideration of the fact that against the respondentCompany (in liquidation), there being no other supporting creditors or any other party seeking to pursue liquidation proceedings, and on account of the settlement reached between the petitioner-Company and the respondent-Company (in liquidation), this Court permitted withdrawal of the Company Petition No.83 of 2016 pending before this Court by order dated 20.12.2019 i.e., today.

In the light of the above, the present company application is also closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
