The petitioner, on 27.06.2016, filed revision under clause 21(I) of the A.P. Public Distribution System Control Order, 2008 against orders in Rc.F/ 2979/ 2015 dated 21.09.2015 and Rc.CS2/ 348/ 2015 dated 31.03.2016. Petitioner complains that the second respondent ought to have either heard the stay petition or given a date for hearing of the revision and the delay is causing irreparable injury and hardship to petitioner.

I have perused the material available on record. Petitioner has filed revision against orders dated 21.09.2015 and 31.03.2016. To meet the ends of justice and I am of the view that the second respondent can be directed to dispose of the revision filed on 27.06.2016 referred to above within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner is given liberty to communicate copy of this order and seek a date for hearing of the revision. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
